Shiba Inu update: Ethereum whales are buying more of this digital asset

A major Shiba Inu investor has recently purchased 48 billion SHIB tokens. WhaleStats data shows that a whale continues to shell out to buy Shiba Inu (SHIB). Said address purchased up to 48 billion SHIB.

Recently, a wallet appeared that bought almost 48 billion SHIB tokens. These tokens are approximately equivalent to 1 million dollars.

The whale nicknamed Jiraiya was ranked 13th on the WhaleStats list of the largest ETH whales. In addition, he bought almost 50 billion SHIB tokens. SHIB is currently among the top 10 coins in the crypto market. Even so, SHIB does not appear in the list of the 10 most bought coins by investors.

Likewise, WhaleStats stated that the coin that is receiving the most attention from whales at the moment is the FTX FTT token.

FTX becomes the new favorite token for Whales

FTX has now become the top favorite among Ethereum whales. The place religiously held by the Shiba Inu meme coin was taken by the crypto exchange token that had caused a stir in the industry. Several major ethereum whale purchases have shown bullish trends towards the digital asset as they continue to collect the token.

FTX had risen up the list for the largest number of tokens held by Ethereum whales. These whale addresses, which have between 10,000 and 1 million ETH in their balance, have diversified their portfolios into other altcoins. Shiba Inu, who made a name for himself last year, made the top 10 holdings list for these holsters and in no time became a favorite among these investors.

For the most part, these wallets were their holdings in the meme coin by increasing the dips and rises. However, it seems that Shiba Inu’s time has come to an end, as he is being replaced by a new competitor.
